Questions about Jewelry

Is the jewelry suitable for everyday wear?

Yes – our (18k gold-plated) stainless steel jewelry was made to accompany you in everyday life and on the court. It is robust, easy to care for and comfortable to wear – whether during sports, in everyday life or on the go.

Can I wear the jewelry while exercising?

Definitely. Sweat and movement are generally not a problem. Nevertheless, friction can lead to natural wear and tear of the gold plating over time – especially when playing tennis on clay courts.

What material is the jewelry made of?

Our LINE Chaser jewelry contains a stainless steel or brass core, partially gold-plated. You can find out whether it's stainless steel or brass in the respective product description.

Can the jewelry come into contact with water?

Our jewelry is water-resistant and can generally withstand showers, pools, or a dip in the sea without issues. However, to keep the gold plating beautiful and shiny for as long as possible, we recommend removing the jewelry during prolonged contact with water – especially chlorinated or saltwater – or when using the sauna.

Can I buy a gift card?

You want to make someone happy but aren't quite sure what to get them? Then our gift cards are perfect.

Simply choose your desired gift card value and receive the gift card directly via email after checkout – perfect for printing yourself or for last-minute gifts.

Jewelry Care & Storage

What's the best way to clean my jewelry?

For cleaning, a soft, dry cloth is usually sufficient. If necessary, you can also carefully clean the jewelry with lukewarm water and mild soap. Remove all soap residues from the jewelry and then dry it again with a cloth.

How do I properly store my jewelry?

Store in a dry and protected place – this way your jewelry will remain beautiful for a long time and ready for your next match day or everyday look. It is best to use the included boxes or pouches for storage.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

How long does delivery take?

LINE Chaser is a small, young one-woman business where every order is personally prepared, packaged, and shipped. Therefore, it may sometimes take a little longer than with the big players – but every order receives the attention it deserves.

Delivery times are usually:

  • Germany: approx. 3–4 business days
  • Europe: approx. 5–7 business days

Once your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Please understand that the stated times are only estimates. Around holidays, major sales, high shipping volumes, or unforeseen problems, there may occasionally be delays. Typos in the delivery address can also affect delivery.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping to Switzerland.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will also contain your tracking number, which you can use to check the current status of your package at any time.

Can I change or cancel orders?

If you would like to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible to info@linechaser.store.

We will, of course, do our best to implement changes or cancellations in time – but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this.

Once your package has been shipped, subsequent changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

Is there a right of return?

Not quite your match? No problem! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt
– provided the items are unworn and in their original condition.

Once your return has arrived, you will receive your refund within 14 days via your original payment method.

As we are a young, small company, we are currently unable to offer free returns. The costs for return shipping must therefore be borne by our customers.

What are the shipping costs?

LINE Chaser is a small business, which is why we cannot offer free shipping initially.
Shipping costs are:

  • Germany: €4.99
  • Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland: €6.99
  • Spain, Portugal, Italy: €8.99
