Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, nominated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory. You may send the withdrawal by post or by e‑mail to the address provided by us.

Withdrawal Consequences

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising because you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in no case later than 14 days from the day on which we have received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The period is deemed to be met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if such loss of value is attributable to handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not pre‑packaged and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive for their production, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, as well as to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been broken after delivery.
